Contest is now officially closed!! And just when I thought there wouldn't be anyone else joining (and I basically had planned who the winners would be) we got 3 more entries in on the last weekend!! So thanks to all of those who entered and best of luck! Although now my decision has been made way, WAY harder than I originally thought and I don't know what to do. I've gone over the entries with one of my sisters and we can't completely agree. All right I decided to open up point commissions SO thought I should go over a few things about them.

What I will draw:

• Humans/hybrids of human/creature - better at females but I do males as you can see in my gallery
• Your OCs
• Fanart
• Just check through my gallery, you'll have an idea at what I do.

 What I will NOT draw:

• Nudity or anything explicitly sexual (just ask me! I'll tell you if it's too much or not)
• Animals (at least not as the main subject but I can *try* to add if you desire)
• Anthro
• Anything hateful or offensive (that'll be for me to decide)

Important notes:

• I have the right to decline any request for any reason
• After I am through sketching I will send you a preview for your review and at that time you can tell me if you're satisfied or what changes you would like. At that time if you approve then you must PAY IN FULL before I will proceed to the next steps - inking and coloring and by then no further changes can be made.
• Please be patient, I will try to start your commission within a week of your request. You can ask me about progress or see below for a status update.
• DO NOT PAY BEFORE I HAVE ACCEPTED YOUR COMMISSION! Like I said above, pay only after the initial sketch.
• Sorry, but I cannot send you the original work. I will open up the download button when I submit so you can download the original size if you wish (just let me know if I forget to do this).
• Hopefully that's it but let me know if you have any questions!!
• Please provide references for your OC(s) or for fanart characters you're requesting (the more then better!)
• I have the right to post it to this site (as well as others if I ever decide to post anywhere else but I really only put art here.) Of course I will credit you if it's your character.

Character + bg: 500 points

Fully colored drawing w/ bg (you can make a suggestion of type of scenery you'd like and I'll do my best!^^)

Note: Add an extra 100 points for total of 600 points if you want one additional character. Sorry, I don't usually leave enough room for more than 2 characters on these.

Character + simple bg: 300 points

Add 50 points for each additional characters up to 3 (note: just like with the example above if there are 3 characters then the bg gets a bit more simple - what can I say, the space gets a bit lacking)

Character panels: 350 points

Yay so happy I was able to get some drawings pumped out!! Realized that requests just wouldn't motivate me to actually get work done so I sought out art trades with people. I have one more to finish and then I am going back to playing some video games. Three months is WAY too long for me since I'm not in school anymore, which is the only reason I used to avoid them unless I just didn't feel like playing anything. Well, the past couple weeks I really do wanna play and the biggest reason I've been avoiding them is to get drawings done. Next games in line for me to play are: the mass effect trilogy (never played the 1st), the walking dead, and resident evil 6.

BUT eventually I'd like to do more art trades with people. I think they're fun and like I said they're exactly the motivation I need to finish drawings. Plus I love doing different people's OCs. Which is why I'd like to know if anyone wants to trade in the future!!

Hello! Some of you may have noticed I'm finally getting back on now that I actually have a laptop. Thought that once I graduated I'd be able to draw more but I haven't done a full drawing (like the actual initial sketch before coloring/inking) since April 2010...I finally got myself to color the older sketch I just posted and a month ago I sketched a couple faces but faces is as far as I've gotten. I basically sit and stare at a blank paper for 30 minutes before giving up or falling asleep.

SO the point of this journal is to see if I can possibly get some inspiration to get me out of this rut. If there's something anyone wants me to draw POST YOUR REQUEST HERE IN THIS JOURNAL!! ^^ If you want me to draw your OCs, fanart for movies/games/etc. WHATEVER. I really do tend to like drawing OCs most so don't be shy to ask! Leave me some ideas, links to your characters as needed. Please note: just because you post a request does NOT mean I will draw it. Hopefully I will try to choose one person because sometimes I would get random bursts of inspiration. ^^ Thank you in advance for your cooperation!!

I'm still clearing out the deviations in my inbox, trying to fave/comment as I go. Still have about 3,500 but that started at >6000 so I'm making progress.

Graduated in early May and took the NCLEX near the end of that month. I felt worse those couple days after the test than I ever have. It was excruciatingly painful thinking I failed. Turned out the reason my name wasn't showing up was because my fingerprints were rejected a second time.

But everything is cleared and I AM a licensed nurse!!!! I have been one for about 2 and 1/2 weeks. Just haven't updated. I'm working too! Not in a hospital setting luckily, which has never been at the top of my list. Friday was my first day all by myself.

About 2-3 weeks ago we went to Florida and visited Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. AWESOME. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too hot/humid there though. I couldn't stand it. haha

Gonna try to get on here more but we'll see.
